Small bites are great for events when you want your guests to mix and mingle. Holiday parties, cocktail hour, baby showers and more. You can offer a wide variety of options for everyone. Because each option is only one to two bites, they get to try a little bit of everything. Small bites can be set up buffet style, scattered stations or considered a drop off catering.
Traditional service style for food stations include buffet tables, linens for the buffet tables, disposable heavy duty eco-friendly black plates, flatware, and napkins. BB staff will fully set up, monitor, clean up, and break down the buffet.
Drop off service styles includes disposable chaffing dishes, platers, and bowls. We provide disposable flatware, napkins, plates, and serving utensils. BB staff will deliver and fully set up your buffet. Once set up we head out, and you get to enjoy your meal.
