Buffets vary from a composed full meal, to a quick lunch, to late night snacks and desserts.
Traditional service style for buffets includes buffet tables, linens for the buffet tables, disposable heavy duty eco-friendly black plates, flatware, and napkins. BB staff will fully set up, monitor, clean up, and break down the buffet.
Drop off service styles includes disposable chaffing dishes, platers, and bowls. We provide disposable flatware, napkins, plates, and serving utensils. BB staff will deliver and fully set up your buffet. Once set up we head out, and you get to enjoy your meal.
